Fall Yoga Retreat
Due to life circumstances, I’ve decided to cancel the 2026 Fall Retreat.
I will miss this cherished time together. Putting my teachings into practice, I am creating space to care for myself and my family after a difficult loss this year. As I continue to nurture my tender heart (and scattered brain) you can still find me at Perennial Yoga 3 times a week for rejuvenating, gentle, and Rx classes.

I am your guide for our yoga practice throughout the day. I offer curated movement and meditation practices that are rich with a rooted sense of body intelligence and embodiment balanced with doses of play and curiosity. I specialize in teaching Vinyasa, Self-Myofascial Release, Breathwork, Somatics, Restorative Yoga, Yoga for Pelvic Health and Nervous System Wellness.
